מי אנחנו
Wishzz (״אנחנו״) מתכננת ומתקינה מערכות בית חכם בישראל. את האתר מפעיל עידן שני ([email protected], 050-580-1228). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים באתר, למה, ומה הזכויות שלכם. היא חלה על אתר זה בלבד.
איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
אנחנו לא מחייבים הרשמה ולא אוספים מידע אלא אם בחרתם למסור אותו.
- פרטי יצירת קשר שאתם מוסרים בטופס: שם, טלפון או אימייל, ותוכן ההודעה, ובנוסף באיזה עמוד מילאתם את הטופס ומאיזה קמפיין הגעתם. הם נשמרים במסד נתונים שלנו אצל Cloudflare, ומועברים אלינו בדואר אלקטרוני.
- מידע טכני בסיסי שנוצר מעצם הגלישה, כמו כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ושפת הדפדפן, שנשמר ביומני השרת של ספק האירוח.
- בחירת השפה, שנשמרת במכשיר שלכם בלבד. פירוט במדיניות העוגיות.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- כדי לחזור אליכם, לתאם שיחת ייעוץ ולהכין הצעה.
- כדי לתפעל ולאבטח את האתר.
- כדי לעמוד בדרישות החוק.
הסכמה
מסירת הפרטים בטופס היא מרצונכם ותלויה בהסכמתכם לשימוש בהם למטרות שלעיל, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981. אין חובה חוקית למסור את המידע, אך בלעדיו לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.
עם מי אנחנו חולקים מידע
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי ולא מעבירים אותו לשיווק של אחרים. מידע עשוי לעבור לספקים שמסייעים לנו בתפעול האתר ובתקשורת (Cloudflare לאירוח ולמסד הנתונים, ושירות משלוח דואר אלקטרוני), בכפוף להתחייבות לשמור עליו, ולרשויות כשהחוק מחייב.

פניות נשמרות כל עוד נדרש כדי לטפל בהן ולנהל את הקשר איתכם, ובהתאם לחובות חוקיות. אפשר לבקש מחיקה בכל עת.

Who we are
Wishzz (“we”) designs and installs smart home systems in Israel. The site is operated by Idan Shani ([email protected], +972-50-580-1228). This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and what rights you have. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
There is no registration, and we collect nothing unless you choose to send it.
- Contact details you give in the form: name, phone or email, and your message, plus the page you filled it in on and the campaign you came from. They are stored in our database at Cloudflare, and reach us by email.
- Basic technical data created by browsing, such as IP address, browser type and browser language, kept in our hosting provider’s server logs.
- Your language choice, which stays on your device only. Details in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To get back to you, arrange a consultation call and prepare a quote.
- To run and secure the website.
- To comply with the law.
Consent
Sending your details in the form is voluntary and depends on your consent to their use for the purposes above, in line with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. You are not legally required to provide them, but without them we cannot reply.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information or pass it on for others’ marketing. Information may reach providers that help us run the site and communicate (Cloudflare for hosting and the database, and an email delivery service), bound to keep it protected, and authorities where the law requires.
Third parties
The site serves its fonts itself and loads no third-party resources. The link to the live demo (demo.wishzz.com) leads to a separate site. When we install a system in your home, the data the system processes is covered by a separate agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and manage our contact with you, and as legal duties require. You may ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it. To use a right, write to [email protected] or use the form on this site, and we will answer promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
Children
The site is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
